Mavericks, Rockets finally get to tip off in Houston

Amid the cold-weather crisis gripping the state, the Texas-based Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets meet Friday in Houston. Freezing temperatures and resulting energy shortages forced the postponement of the Mavericks' scheduled game Wednesday against Detroit.
