Feral cats in SF colony turn up with unexplained severed legs

The woman who has cared for the cats for 25 years says the injuries are like nothing anyone has ever seen before, and raccoons in the area have similar ones. An expert is concerned it's humans doing this, saying, "Whatever is happening to the cats is horrifying."
